New Pool / TX FEE QUESTION

I have setup a new pool that is in alpha testing at the moment (PM me if you want an invite)
If do a “SendMany” transaction can I avoid getting dinged for the transaction fee?
Right now I can’t pay all of my miners because I run out of coins on individual sendtoaddress style payments because it sometimes takes a
“fee” : -0.02000000,
Othertimes it doesn’t? Even after waiting for 200+ confirms.
