    Cgminer & guiminer using 99% gpu idle

      I have been mining feathercoin for a while on a system with 1x 7970 and 1x 7990
      I was looking at changing some of the settings in guiminer when i noticed when i was not mining one of my GPU was at 99%
      as soon as i closed guiminer it went to zero so i tried cgminer and same thing happens gpu2 goes to 99% without even mining

      7970 Gpu 1 0%
      7990 GPU 2 99% GPU 3 0%

      can any one help or is this normal?
