      Hi There,

Still quite new to all this so a question…
I have an BTC-E account with quite some Feathercoins in it…
Now I tried to buy a ticket for the raffle and first got a Feathercoin wallet on my android
      phone, worked fine.
Now I transferred a feathercoin from my BTC-E account to the address I saw on my mobile wallet
but still haven’t seen it coming in?

Does this take a while? Do I also have to type in the whol(long) address everytime?

Hope to get some practical tips!

Once your mobile syncs with the blockchain you will see your FTC on the mobile.
You just need to wait for the 7 months of data to download.

The same thing caught me out when I first started. Spent the whole night worrying then woke up and the FTC were in my wallet.

I would advise not to hold all your coins on your phone wallet (you haven’t actually said that you do, just want to be helpful), have a wallet on your computer and make sure its backed up and encrypted, also make sure your phone wallet private keys are backed up too.

I dont know this app but I think it could display a QR-Code which you could scan with a cam on your computer.

Thanx for the tips! I just hold a few on my phone app…It has an unique address, isn’t that save?
Should be, it is really handy also for future payments when it takes off in supermarkets etc…That will be the future I think…
The QR doesn’t really work, it recognises the address but says it’s invalid…?
