      Hi,

does the new version (4.0) of cgminer still forsaking scrypt mining?

Could someone please help me get the 3.7 version for windows? cause the site only has the source code under the 3.7 folder… :-(

          Thanks, Ignition :-)

I got it yesterday from user pancrisp who replied here:

I would suggest however, the ftc community keep a clean copy somewhere and link to it on the mining guides, which are made useless without this required piece of software… There is room for malice here, if people begin googling for it or getting pre-compiled versions from different sources…

Might suggest looking at sgminer to.

            Since they have forked cgminer.

Cleaned it up and continue to support scrypt on newer versions.

Cool! That would be best indeed. I will test it after cgminer and report back.

Maybe we should update the mining guides to include this information?

              Thanks, svennand. :-)
