[Dev] Feathercoin wallet report page by Lizhi

Lizhi has been working an a report page for the Feathercoin wallet. I have compiled this for Windows so that others can take a look at the work. I have been speaking with Lizhi over design tweaks and have asked him to expand some of the columns as the English text runs over and also to fix the Total column to the bottom. Please take a look at the wallet and offer feedback here.

That’s great work Lizhi - I’ve added [Dev] - in case others want to add some patches.
Is there an instructions on which version are available to compile under Linux?. I’ll try it in a virtual box compile.
