The first FB account is held by El Dude on BitcoinTalk and I can see no indication of anything untoward. Apart from nicking the FB account and asking for ‘donations’.

The second one that lists under the link you showed, tends to show that two users on BitcoinTalk, BlackHawk37 & DanJaker are the same person, and have been making accusations against the user HashHunter, who owns the second ftc address.

Just to clarify in case someone was to accuse the wrong people of being scammers. Which they still may be, I don’t know but the link doesn’t indicate it.
