Update, changed from 13.12 to 14.4 (latest catalyst doesn’t work but 14.14 does) and took another jump to just over 100kh/s, so I’m getting 150% improvement over what I was previously

Tried 13.xx drivers & 14.6 drivers, can’t even get the speeds I was getting with the previous version.

Done screwing around via remote desktop, will play when I get home from work.

                14.200.1004 driver -w 256 -I 15 about 300khs

                now starting to fine tune…

                -w64 -I 13 give same results as -w 256 -I 15

                drivers 14.4-14.7rc3 will work

For those who need directions to get this working.

The new neoscrypt.cl is for modern AMD GPUs only. Use drivers 14.4 or 14.6 no others will work.

                    Download the latest sgminer here:

                    https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=632503.0

                    Copy the text out of:

                    https://ottrbutt.com/tmp/neoscrypt.cl

remove all of the text in sgminer’s neoscrypt.cl and paste all of the text in from above

                    run sgminer with -w 64 -i 13 -g 2…DONE

Could people possibly note down the memory used on the cards as well.

Using 14.7 RC 3 Drivers for AMD. Works for me - 1 rig got 250~Kh/s on R9 280x the other one got 280kh/s same settings same cards :/

Using AMD Catalyst 14.4 WHQL drivers + sgminer 5.1.0-dev 11-10-14 + Wolf0’s newest neoscrypt kernel:

                                  AMD HD 7950 (Hynix): 224 Kh/s

                                  Settings: g1 I15 w64 gpu-engine1100 gpu-memclock1500 gpu-powertune20 gpu-vdcc1.281

                                  AMD HD 7870 Pitcairn (Elpida): 94 Kh/s

                                  Settings: g1 I15 w64 stock gpu-engine and gpu-memclock no gpu-powertune

People should stop being douches and post their configs and settings. Let’s help each other out. Fuck greed.

                                    we are posting configs…

clock speed seems not to be so important

people should really give wolf some donations for his work, i sent some FTC, will send more later

some idiots are renting rigs under ftc profit!!

What I would like to know is…why on earth do we have to use old 14.4 Catalyst drivers from April 2014 to get this new kernel to work considering the previous kernel release from Wolf0 was intended to add compatibility to 14.9.x Catalyst drivers?

I figured out how to get wolf0’s new kernel working with AMD Catalyst 14.9.x.

I will post instructions and links in a couple of minutes.
