Maybe this is a newb question, but can someone explain to me what is going on with this block? The transaction in the block chain shows a payout to my address, but I don’t see it in my wallet. Usually the blocks show up in the wallet as immature while they wait confirmation, and I don’t see anything that tells me that this block is orphaned. Here is the explorer link for the transaction.

      Thanks!

agrajag, I’ll move this over to support section, if that’s ok?

mr wyrm, no problem… figured it was a mining question, but support works too.

So after some more investigation, explorer.feathercoin.com shows the block was generated with the help of my address here.

Another explorer shows it went to a single address, with a different hash here.

I guess there was a collision between the two blocks, but it looks like the feathercoin.com explorer disagrees with the rest of the network…

If its not showing up in your wallet it may be that there was a fork in the network when two people solved the block at the same time. But because we have ACP which ever side of the fork that was on won and the all wallets will fall in line. Not really sure why the other explorer would disagree tho?

It’s not a problem, it’s not very clear at the moment where to post. I’m hoping to use the support section more because it benefits from the ‘best answer’ function.

kris_Davison: It looks like the feather coin explorer has caught up and now agrees with the rest of the network … i guess the p2pool lost that battle ;) It just took a while to sync up.

MrWyrm: I’ll keep that in mind in the future.

                Thanks!

Sorry to hear you lost that blockchain fork battle hope ya have better luck next time. :) it’s interesting to see as its reasonably rare to see it in two block explorers like that!
