[/quote]Due to the sudden influx of interest in FTC/BTC/LTC/Other digital currencies cgminer has stood proud as THE miner to use, and due to this gain in popularity the host is being hit bigtime with large volumes of traffic. ( ck.kolivas.org/apps/cgminer/‎ has been down for 24 hours now )
Likewise again with the miner hosted on this site (or rather, through this site). Google and many other filesharing sites (Dropbox included) get picky when they notice high volumes of traffic on ‘free’ files on their servers.You can either wait it out, or take the risk of a miner hosted elsewhere.
Once the kolivas site goes back up I intend to clone it and most likely host it through dropbox or another such site. Yes it’s probably deemed as unnecessary load, but having access to local copies of the clients has already helped me and a few friends. :P
