Wallet Problem

I have tried to sync my wallet with the network this morning and I am getting the message:

Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade.

Could someone please explain what this means and also how I can upgrade the wallet. I am currently running 8.7.1.

Please note I have very little technical knowledge so some straight forward plain English guidance would be appreciated.

Update: It is stuck on block 1114310

You need to upgrade or downgrade to 0.9.3

Thank you for the reply. Without wanting to sound too stupid, how do I do that?

Do I just download it off the front page of the website?

The frontpage of the website leads you to compiled binaries for Windows and installation packages for major Linux distributions.

The linux packages are on 0.9.3, but I don’t know the version of the windows ones, so check these please

I have 0.9.5 and it seems to be working ok. Im mining to that wallet and am able to see transactions coming in and confirming.
