Also proposal from my side: I’m not a censor but this tread should be removed from public (it is obvious that is misunderstanding and problem probably is caused by forecasting fight regarding FTC price between kraken and mirrax ) and Bush should try to stop the flame via personal messages. -
I’ve been speaking with “Kraken” and closing this thread right now will make things worse. The first thing that needs to happen is for Mirrax to send the coins to Rob, once Mirrax does this we can see that the accusation of him stealing the funds were actually unfounded.
Can someone please inform Mirrax that Rob has posted an address on here for him to send the 4 BTC to post haste?

From what I know:
- Kraken is really determined to help the FTC development
- mirrax is active member of the community and has done a lot of job until now
Bush is right, 4 BTC must be returned to kraken in this case to stop the scam / stealing accusations. Also if they both want to be transparent maybe they need to disclose their comunication to Bush.

Just to be clear, the 4 BTC will not be returned to Kraken but will be held by Uncle Muddy for bounties.
You need to do this to clear your name and prove this is a misunderstanding.
Kraken has been a loyal fan of Feathercoin for a while now, he donated those coins in the first place and created a 100 BTC development fund for Feathercoin, this whole situation has put that funding into serious doubt and Kraken’s support is currently in peril.

Disappointed is about all I can say here!!
Kraken, provided the bounty in good faith Mirrax, and now all you seam prepared to do is take it for your own whilst returning nothing to the community.
Regardless of what you believe is going to be done with the bounty funds once they are turned over is irrelevant, as the fact remains they are not yours to take!
I’m going to try and appeal to your better nature at this time, and request the the missing 4BTC be retuned either to Kraken himself, or into the BTC address I posted a few days ago. Failure to do so within the next 48hrs is only going to confirm peoples worst feelings that you are a scammer and have taken the funds for yourself with no intention of paying them back.

As it seems that you are not able to return the coins I think that the truth could be your saving grace right now.

The clock has stopped Mirrax, you lack of action can only lead people to believe that you have in fact taken the coins for your own benefit and are unwilling to return them.
You have been given plenty of time to return the coins to make this all go away but you have chosen to do nothing more than to poke fun at the people trying to help us, so left with no other option you have been banned! and will be label accordingly once I have made the required changes to the forum software.
I feel sorry for the poor man who throws away almost 3 years of building a community reputation to throw it all away over 4 BTC, but that is the path you have chosen here.
I can only hope it was all worth it

This whole thing saddens me. I’m not normally in favour of Bounties being retracted once publicly announced. Putting a bounty there adds a goal to developers, developers who could be actively working on code to claim the bounty, this saga hurts them too. What would happen if Kraken’s bounty was claimed today? Is it tough luck to the devs? The bounty is a promise to be held in escrow.
However in the case of Kraken’s bounty, trust has broken down between the donor and escrow, and funds still haven’t turned up with an alternative member of the team to establish trust again.
@mirrax there is no reason not to return the funds immediately, there is no moral high ground. It’s taken too long, and you are on the wrong side of the argument and the damage to the community and your own reputation is severe. Sort it out.
