        I have one feathercoind running in the testnet permanently. The IP is 46.4.0.101

        question: what happens, if after bock version 4 is enabled, the number of version 4 ckients goes below 75%?
        will it switch back, or remain on block version 4?

          if below 75%, version 2 and 4 are accepted, It was running true to form , Nothing will happen on testnet.

                  The reason we should have a maintenance “version” of 0.8.7.3 with pchStartMessage :

                  If “Exchanges” will accept the dual genesis message, they may wish to use an established release. I don’t see it need the work of a compiled release if a 0.8.7.3-SM branch is available to build yourself.

                  0.11-beta should not be released until the bridge is settled, that will be the “hard fork” when everyone changes over.

                    All 0.8.X clients should fail. their blockchain version be locked . I don’t know why. Obviously, when pool broadcast version 4, all 0.8.X clients must go to another fork.

                        I suggest the 0.9.3.2 development version be imported into 0.9.6-master for the release
