Hello all! Feathercoin has been around since 2013… So its 2018… 5 YEARS later. Why is there not a reliable trading platform? BITTREX and Cryptopia is closed and has been closed off to new traders since Trolls know when. Bittylicious I have yet to upload a 2nd ID and they are located in England… and that’s it. After 5 YEARS there are no other options for selling and buying. It’s a little aggravating to not have an open market trading platform for our FTC. Thoughts? Suggestions? Just keep HODL-ing?

I don’t know if this will help your issue or not. I like the paperwallets for cold storage. Its safe off of the “net”. I use https://walletgenerator.net/?currency=Feathercoin It’s reliable and I have most of my FTC on paper. All tests have proven transferable. That may be a temporary fix for you. Best of Luck.

Coinpayments doesn’t currently accept feathercoin in their coin payment processing. However, in due time I forsee them adding feathercoin back into their coins they support and hence I went ahead and built this site. I’m selling custom tshirts of favorite coins for users of crypto. I’ve been putting my FTC on paper wallets for years now…
I recently ran across an article that was wrote 2 years ago… oof…about walletgenerator and how it’s fairly INSECURE…

Any suggestions for secure paper wallets??

I don’t like usb and i really don’t like keeping it on my pc.

I prefer paper, i like the idea of printing my own currency, lol. something about it is liberating.

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey guys and gals. So I’ve been mining FTC for about a year now. And its been a roller coaster ride. I even tend to some of my friends miners. Well… I ran into an issue where his miner was constantly shutting down after so many hours of running, and seeing that I was working on his miner remotely, it was difficult for me to know when his miner was running or not. So I did some research and started putting some puzzle pieces together… I wrote a small code (from a lot of help of resources, I wish I could claim all of the fame for this fix).

This code has been working flawlessly for me for a month now and I thought I’d share that with you. What it does is, RUN FOR 4 hours, SHUTS DOWN for 7 seconds, and then RESTARTS RUNNING FOR 4 hours. It works great.

*****MAKE SURE YOURE USING CCMINER , COPY and PASTE THE CODE IN NOTEPAD, and EDIT your own ADDRESS, and your own pool that your mining with. Also, remember to save this in the CCMINER folder as a “.bat” *******
