But they are very busy ,write some code and hard fork . If someone can provide enough information, I want to try , but chinese only.

I agree, its what I used to do (when I could) work. Programmers were never that good at documentation. However, I was impressed by Ghostlanders neoscrypt paper, especially as he is German. Most of the times - these are drafts - that don’t get completed untill after the fact, so now is still not too late.
If we continue with private addresses - the first thing would be to do a draft white paper.

My first idea was to Fork the Litecoin White paper on Github, but I couldn’t find one!

3.5. Being open to developers and new ideas
3.6. Promoting Feathercoin related projects
3.7. Creating the Feathercoin Market.
