I think we need to reject connections from older versions of the client now.
The problem is caused by the fact,that we allow connections from/to any client with a protocol ver sion >= 60002
Fix will be implemented in next release
Ah OK I’ll will try those next time I get a chance. (Tomorrow night I think)
Anyway its worth trying this command to check if it works.
./cgminer --neoscrypt -o http://uk.mine-ftc.co.uk:19327 -u -p
Setting -u to your Feathercoin address
And -p to anything as its not used but must be set.
for the latest version of cgminer and especially when mining Neoscrypt you don’t need a couple of settings,as tuning these parameters doesn’t have an effect.
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 -> not needed
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 -> not needed
I don’t use any tuning settings and start cgminer with pool, user and password only.
Most effect has the intensity setting. the rest of parameters known from the history has little or no effect.

Sorry to hear you lost that blockchain fork battle hope ya have better luck next time. it’s interesting to see as its reasonably rare to see it in two block explorers like that!
With bufsize = 2^27 = 134217728, -I 12 and -w 32: 40Kh/s !!! This is surprisingly good.
However, I cannot increase the intensity further because then I get 0Kh/s and and a process so that I have to reboot.
Edit: BTW, I am hashing at http://prometheus.phoenixcoin.org:10554/static/ in the moment
There are pre-compiled clients available for Ubuntu 14.4.

Some valid points there. I just manually do it every now and then, i have a winrar archive with a good password stored in dropbox and a copy on a few USB sticks, hopefully ill be ok.
Cheers for the input.
Yeah I’m doing it by using Googles qr generation API. Which will do for now. It would be nice if the API could return the image instead? Maybe with a parmeter?
